Only been living here with my little toddler, for less than a month- and it has been a cool journey so far. They keep up with the community pretty well, I've seen workers cleaning up the pool as well as people working around the clock to keep the place clean. I like how they do different activities in the leasing office, though we only participated in the Easter egg, I still think it's pretty nifty. There's two parks, But I first I only thought there were one until I kept walking around the corner and noticed that they were a bigger park. I had a real safety concerns in the place that was living before, and I must admit that it feels nice living in a community where I feel safe. My neighbor seemed pretty nice, and so far the people I've met seem like good neighbors as well. I like how many windows are home has, allows plenty of sunshine to get in. I like that our backyard patio also receives a lot of sunshine, to can't wait to do some planting Recent agent was Claudia, she was pretty nice along with all the rest of the leasing agents in the office. Everyone in there seems super sweet.

Whenever me or my roommate tries to pay rent online and on their app it says Property manager disabled e-check which is how we pay since they no longer take money orders. I asked the leasing office if they could fix this from happening again which they told me it would be fixed I checked it again today and it still shows the property manager has disabled it no I'm super upset because how am I supposed to pay rent on time if the property manager disabled the e-check.
