    Terrible Experience Avoid at All Costs!This was the worst moving experience Ive ever had. It took way too long for my furniture to be delivered, and when it finally arrived, some items were broken and others were completely missing. To make matters worse, the company refuses to compensate me fairly for the damages and missing items.They offered me a small amount (not even half the value of the missing items) only if I delete the bad review I posted about them. This is not only unprofessional but also incredibly unfair. I should not have to be bribed to tell the truth about their poor service.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company doesnt care about its customers or their belongings.

    I have updated my rating of Transit Moving System based on their willingness to work with me after certain issues with my move. I spoke to management and I do truly feel that they listened to my concerns and want to implement changes in their processes to ensure better communication through the delivery process. I do feel that the team has been understanding and communicative during this process and I appreciate their desire to improve. I am satisfied with their customer service and care.

    Just terrible. Still counting how many items are broken and missing...the job was really never completed as the items they packed- like my very expensive bed - were not set up fully as I have no power and cannot locate any power source (edit*: the delivery contractor did replace the missing item as well as got the bed connected and put together correctly). Not to mention, if they break the items - like my L-shaped desk - they do not take them and expect the owner to dispose of the broken items unless you pay them. My $1000 lacquer table is basically unusable as it was visibly scratched and a bracket broken on the table. The delivery men cut my floors with box cutters. Most of my Rubbermaid bins were broken and cracked. The glass inside for my pictures were broken from the bins being thrown around. Plastic pieces were broken off both sides of my treadmill. My plastic storage shelving was bent so badly, it will no longer stay upright. Both of my nightstands - equipped with power and charging - are useless and no longer sit level or have feet broken off. Same with my shoe holder. Interestingly, the items I packed - like most of my fine art - are intact, but the stuff they packaged is damaged. I received multiple phone calls and read a script each time, but when it came to actually getting the job done well, they did not deliver. Would not recommend.

    Please read! This company is just scam basically, the move our stuff from Seattle to Denver, we found a lot of thinks broke and we started the claim with them, the claim was for around 2.500 dollars, the answer was: THAT IS NO OUR FAULT ACCIDENTS HAPPEN AND WE ARE GOING TO BE KIND AND GIVE YOU 15 DOLLARS! So what is wrong with you guys! But that is no everything, I made a comment here on google before, and Bryan and Felipe asked to delete the message if we want to get a new resolution from our claim.How a company ask their clients to delete the bad comments otherwise they are no going to do their job!Please if you need to move your stuff avoid this company.I will attached proofs of this, as well a video where I record the call about they asking me to delete my comment.The funny part is, after I deleted my first comment they offered me 200 usd, but then my husband was to upset and said he is no agree with that so they decided to dont give us anything.SCAMMMM

1. **Lost Golf Clubs**:
- We deeply regret the mix-up with your golf clubs and have been working diligently to resolve this. As soon as we discovered the error, we took immediate action to track down the clubs. Once we were informed by the other customer, we initiated the process of returning them to you. The delay in providing the tracking number was due to coordination issues, but we assure you this was an isolated incident. Your golf clubs are in route via FedEx. Regarding the insurance policy, we follow industry-standard practices, which are clearly outlined in the contract. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review the terms and to purchase additional coverage if desired, which is an option we offer.

2. **Pricing (Bait and Switch)**:
- The pricing adjustment was not arbitrary or a bait-and-switch tactic. Moving estimates are based on cubic footage, and during the actual move, if it’s determined that items exceed the original estimate, adjustments must be made to cover the additional space and weight. In this case, the furniture measured larger than expected, which is why the price increased. As for the three extra boxes, they contributed to the overall increase, but they were not the sole reason for the price change. We do our best to provide accurate estimates, but without seeing every item beforehand, these adjustments can happen. We always strive to communicate these changes transparently to our customers.

3. **Delivery Time**:
- While we understand your frustration, our policy clearly states that delivery can take up to 21 business days from the first available delivery date. We try our best to deliver within shorter timeframes, but we also want to set realistic expectations. In your case, we apologize if there was miscommunication regarding the timeline. We do encourage customers to familiarize themselves with the terms so they are fully aware of the delivery windows.

4. **Extra Charges (Stairs and Fees)**:
- Our stair policy is clearly outlined: the first flight of stairs is free, and any additional flights are subject to charges. A flight is typically defined as seven stairs, which is an industry standard. We apologize if this wasn’t fully clear at the outset, but we never intend to mislead our customers. Additionally, regarding the long carry fee, our representative initially misspoke, and we corrected this as soon as the error was identified. We are committed to transparency, and while there was a misunderstanding, it was addressed appropriately.
