I am type of person that investigates every single detail, interviews and compares companies, reads thousand of reviews, and wants to save every diem. While doing that, I spoke with a dozen of lenders, shortlisted to this company. Went with another lender, and really quick realized that that other lender was nice words, but not the numbers nor the attitude were favorable. I came back to Austin Berger and realized he should have been our first option all the way. Austin picked up every single call, not only send me the numbers, but was patient to go with me when I questioned every single category, and then when I questioned the categories inside each category. Even when my RE broker was kinda bored and whiling to let the concessions be whatever, Austin run the numbers again and again allowing me to close with the less amount of money so I can keep the cash to do the repairs and choose my own contractors after the closing VS. seller paying to contractors at closing and effectively getting me tied to those contractors. So if you are not the type of person which is willing to spend months doing your research (which is totally valid), trust me and go with aspire Financial but make sure to choose Austin.I almost forgot to mentioned that Austin went to my closing, stayed until the money cleared and even brought us a present. It was our first home and the title company said it is very unusual to have your lender at closing. So there you have it, support from the beginning to end, literally.
