Tom Theewis was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, even responding to emails late at night to get my questions answered or getting pre-approval letters turned around in a matter of an hour.
My own special circumstances out of anyone's control forced me to choose another lender, but if I didn't have to go that route I would have definitely chosen him. Outstanding service.
