I cannot rave enough about Vanessa!! We wouldn't have our perfect new home without her! She got creative in finding ways to get our loan approved and was super hyper-responsive (I truly believe she doesn't sleep!). Not to mention her extraordinary organization - - she kept us on track with submitting docs and hitting guidelines. I'd recommend her a million times over - especially if you are a first-time home buyer or just haven't purchased one in a while. The process can be messy and hectic and Vanessa guided us through the entire process seamlessly!!!!

*READ IF YOU HAVE LOST HOPE* There are not enough stars to encompass how amazing Vanessa truly is. Year after year I have been denied a home loan due to low/insufficient credit - It became more of a hobbie scrolling through home search results, dreaming of what it would feel like to even be considered loan worthy....then I met Vanessa. From day one she treated me and my scenario with respect and integrity. This simple act of human decency was so freshing that another denial wouldn't have hurt as much.
