U.S. Bank home mortgage is the most inefficient system in the world that I have ever worked with. You dont get a direct number to anybody you constantly have to go through the customer service line. It was easier initially to buy my house than work on the assumptions process. they purposely move slow and efficiently to overcharge you every step of the way, and most of the information they sent out in their packets is wrong or full of typos and misinformation. If you can go through anybody but US Bank home mortgage, I recommend that you do it. It is an awful process straight out of the 1950s. Its 2024 get it together.
