I cannot imagine, or will I ever, purchase a home through any other lender. If you need a lender, Nomi Pojhan is your guy. Outgoing, prompt, respectful, and hard working; these are just a handful of his outstanding qualities, but they don't come close to describing how incredible it was working with Nomi throughout the home buying process. From the haste in initial pre-approval, the respectfulness and promptness in answering my , borderline idiotic, questions, and even sitting down with me at closing... As a first time homebuyer, I could not have asked for a better lender than Nomi. He helped me navigate the current mortgage rate environment and helped me lock in a great rate that not only shocked me but also my escrow agent. He was patient and answered hundreds of questions for me, communicated weekly while I was passively searching and every few days once I became more active in the search.
