As a first-time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed by all of the methods (2:1 rate buydown, etc.) I could utilize to lower my overall costs. Kyle ran me through every potential scenario to put in a bid that not only won me the home, but significantly decreased my monthly payment. We continually jumped on Teams calls and texted as any questions popped up - Kyle was always available! The whole team at Spire is very easygoing, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. They were always happy to provide guidance and were so kind and patient during a process that can be stressful. I'm very thankful for all of their help!

Kyle is one of the most enjoyable professionals (in any field) that I have ever worked with!
