Sophie Pappas - Loan Officer with Spire Financial

I vote that everyone should use Sophie as their Loan Officer. My husband and I bought our first home in Colorado (just moved from TX). I had no idea what goes into buying a house and had a lot of anxiety surrounding the process. Sophie came highly recommended from my cousin who lives here. Sophie took the time to explain everything to me so I understood and made the buying process so easy! She gave us many options and we were able to choose one we were comfortable with. She also happens to have a really cute dog!

Sophie is so great to work with. She answered every single one of my questions and sometimes even answered before I had thought of them. She is very patient with first time home buyers which makes her awesome. She also quickly understands your personality and will tailor her conversations in ways that make the most sense for you. I literally could not have gone through this process without her!

Can not iterate enough how great Sophie was throughout the entire process. She was always available to respond to our questions, and did it both quickly and insightfully. She always ensured she was explaining everything to us in a way that made sense, and also took the time to look at several different mortgage options with us. She is definitely the best and we will use her again next time!

Sophie was our mortgage lender and helped us buy our first home! As first time home buyers we had NO idea what we were doing, or what we could even afford. Sophie sat us down initially and explained all the details of the approval process, recommended realtors and areas to look in, and answered any other questions we had. She was always quick and responsive if we had questions come up during showings with our realtor. Its been 6+ months since we closed and moved in and Sophie continues to reach out and offer ideas and advice for saving money on our loan. Cannot recommend her enough!
