Brian and his team are amazing. The whole transaction ran really smooth a they were always really helpful with all our questions, they are experts on their field and explained everything to us such a detailed way. Bri Arriola was always on top of all the paperwork, requirements and documents, and we were informed at all times where our process was. We loved having them for our first home and would definitely recommend them to anybody.

My partner and I worked with Brian and his team over at PNW loans for our first home purchase. From start to finish Brian, Bri, and Danielle were all absolutely amazing. They were very clear in their communication. They let us know all of our options and helped us to make an informed decision on our loan. They sent weekly communications letting us know where we were in the process and what we had left to go through, and even though there was a possibility of delay due to the seller, the team did everything they could to make sure we closed on time. Brian and his team were very helpful! As first time home buyers, they were always very responsive in an email or phone call to answer any questions we had or to provide help. Even though it was all over phone or email, they made the process extremely smooth.
