I recently had the opportunity to work with Eric at Spire Financials as our lender during our home-buying journey. He was fast, communicative, and provided sound advice throughout the process. Eric's efficiency and prompt communication played a significant role in making our lending experience a positive one. His ability to provide quick turnaround times and cater to our fast-paced timeline was truly commendable. We appreciated his support in meeting our specific needs and deadlines. Additionally, Eric shared valuable advice that helped us make informed decisions about our mortgage options. His guidance and expertise were certainly beneficial to us as first-time homebuyers.

Eric and his team were amazing through my whole process which went from the crazy house times in 2021 all the way into 2022. We closed on 11/02/2022. Eric and his team were very prompt and got back to us if we called with questions they could not answer right away. Eric and his team were great in looking into all ways that would benefit us in our search for a house. I would highly recommend Eric Miller and the Mortgage Smarter Team.

Eric and his team were phenomenal. There was always good communication. He was thorough and explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand it. This was all new to me, I didn't know all of the terms/processes and he never made assumptions about what I should know. He was patient with me and was happy to answer all of my questions. Highly responsive, respectful, prepared, knowledgeable, professional, genuine, kind, light hearted, easy going, helpful, accommodating, focused, and timely, is really freaking good at his job, and I would work with him again most definitely, actually, I wouldn't work with anyone else. I never wondered what to do next, he laid everything out and we tackled one thing at a time until it was all done. I didn't know anything going into this process and he helped me the whole way, not once did I get overwhelmed, he kept me informed constantly and I would recommend Eric to everyone, in fact, I plan to.
