Its rare to work with people who actually care and we never felt like there was an issue that couldnt be resolved. Jim did a great job helping us navigate the paperwork on our refinance. Each time the mortgage company gave us a hurdle that we needed to clear he came up with an easy and effective solution. Definitely will recommend them to other people.
