Ben is a host first, realtor second. We were moving from Georgia and needed help navigating this new city. He drove us around and took us to places to help us understand the vibe of each neighborhood. He listened to what was important to us, and made recommendations based on our priorities. He set up a narrowed search so that we saw places we were interested in, and he helped us think through each property of interest. He was quick to drive across town to check out a property for us so we could decide if it was worth coming to town to check out. Ben's a great agent, and we highly recommend him.
