La Villa de Barela

I am a current resident and we are also new to the state of Colorado so it is my familys first apartment in Denver but I must say we absolutely love it here. Many changes have happened with the building since we moved in and its all been very positive. Very well secured and I can see the progression its made in a short amount of time. The location is perfect for us and the art district is filled with a beautiful variety of people and tons of food, art, and entertainment all within walking distance, which we love. The application was extensive, but the wait was worth it. We love it here and its a perfect home for my family.

Wheelhouse is in a pandemic although there tenants are not in pandemic if you are late 1 day they have the number 1 eviction lawyer on you! Please, do not do business with Wheelhouse by the way Wheelhouse puts fake reviews on this site those people dont live here?!
