We really had high hopes for Green Works. We had a bad experience with True Green and wanted an organic lawn service. I did my research and found Green Works Lawn and Leaf. Unfortunately, after using Green Works last season our lawn looks even worse. The owner, Drew, routinely ignored our calls and would not call us back. This happened over and over again to the point it was just disrespectful. We are very disappointed in his unprofessional behavior to say the least. We do not recommend Green Works.

Called to get an estimate and before I could get my name out I was told never mind I do not want to do it. So if you have a name you may not want to tell them you have a name or they will hang up on you.

Barely had time to inquire about services before I was shortly told they weren't taking anymore customers at this time.

When you call, you get an auto-responder text message directing you to the customer portal. I made 2 requests for fall cleanup one on the 11th and one on the 16th and never heard anything back. Real lousy way to conduct business. Would not recommend.
