If you are landscaping you must contact Bromfield Design Group. Meredith (Bromie) is a wonderful, delightful man with a wealth of knowledge and a heart of gold. He is one of the most honest people I have ever worked with and I would trust him with anything. We love working with him and the pleasure of working with this charming human being would be worth hiring him. However, not only is he a lovely person, he also is a very skilled landscape architect, who has designed and implemented many landscapes around Denver, including for homes and commercial properties. He listens to what you want (in our case low maintenance), he works within your budget and he provides a wonderful drawing. Bromie meets with you in person at the beginning of your relationship with him, and then again after he creates his drawing. The people who help implement the design are also great - they are hardworking - probably among the hardest working people I have seen- and they NEVER LEAVE A MESS. In addition, Bromie stops by to look over what is being done pretty much daily. He has worked with his team for a long time and so it seems like they are always on the same page. You are really missing out - both on a wonderful experience and on amazing landscaping - if you don't contact Bromfield Design Group.I will add photos once they are done!

Meredith (Bromie) is a talented, veteran (over 60 years of experience!) landscape designer and such a wonderful person person to work with. Bromie loves what he does and it shows in his high-quality work. He and his team quickly transformed our backyard from a blank slate into our very own eden. He is incredibly kind, timely, patient and honest; he won't upsell you on anything and creates a truly custom design tailored to your wants and needs. My husband and I lack green thumbs and asked for easy-to-care-for trees/shrubs that would provide privacy for our backyard. His final design included a perimeter of various flowering trees, a curved lawn, a gravel fire pit area, cut-stone patio, new sprinkler system, drip-line, electric uplighting, fencing, potted plants, and custom pergola (we've asked him to postpone the pergola and potted plant installation for now). He also managed the third-party tree-removal work that needed to be done before our fence removal & installation.We love working with Bromie (he's like long-lost family) and can't wait to get started on the front-yard design he's created for us! Now keep in mind he does things old-school, so no digital mock-ups or digital wallet payments. Your designs will be hand-drawn, your consultations will be in-person at home (we love when Bromie visits!), your invoice printed out on paper, and your payment via check, so please be patient with these processes.Before we found Bromfield Design Group, we did the millennial thing & paid for a full-design package from a certain online landscaping design company starting with Y, ending with a "zen", and while their design presentation was stunning, their design fell flat and left out many of our requests and lacked consideration our needs or level of gardening expertise. We've used Bromfield Design for two projects (so far) and if we could give Meredith and his team 6 stars we would do it. We had them update our landscaping in the front yard and add a stone patio in the back. The team is very efficient and professional, and we're extremely pleased with the results. Meredith is a delight to work with, and we simply can not recommend them highly enough!

I don't often leave reviews but the work here merits it. Quality matters.Overall, my wife and I could not be more pleased with the work that Meredith and his team provided. In a time when it's difficult to find a good contractor, this was an excellent experience.They not only checked the "must have" boxes (communicated effectively, showed up on time, honored competitive pricing), but they also went above and beyond my expectations with the attention to detail and the quality of their work.The initial scope was to design, build and install a 12' x 12' pergola on the rooftop deck of a two story duplex. This was a complicated project because not only did the material need to get on top of the roof without damaging the house but it also needed to be engineered to be attractive, extremely sturdy and to be firmly secured to the Trex deck and the underlaying 2x6 boards beneath.Meredith's team not only built an extremely attractive and solid structure, but they went the extra mile to seat the posts in steel "boots" that were secured to 6" x 6" blocks that they inserted between the deck joists with large lag bolts. I'm confident that the pergola has almost no chance of being susceptible to high winds due to the excellent design and installation that was performed. One other thing that they did was to reject the first shipment of lumber that was sent to t hem. While I didn't notice some of the flaws in the pieces right away, they did see them and they refused to use the inferior material. they re-ordered new cedar and still completed this project in a very tight timeline. We adore the pergola and routinely get compliments on it from friends and family.Because of the quality work that was performed on the pergola, we subsequently contracted with Bromfield Design Group to dig a 75 foot drainage ditch to seat a pipe connected to the gutters on the house so all of the water could be carried far away from the foundation into the water retention area. They accomplished this with ease and I could barely notice that a trench had been dug after they were done. They graded it professionally and tested the water flow to ensure that they had the right size and positioning of the pipe. It's rained heavily several times since then and the system works perfectly.Finally, we had them install a stone staircase outside of the house so we could have easy access to our side yard. Again, although at this point I should not have been surprised by the speed and quality of work, I was. They were able to adapt their initial design to use the extra stone facia that we had from teh original house construction and the end result looks like it was installed when the original house was built. We love it.Since then I've actually also had them do some sprinkler work and tile roof repair. Still... outstanding results.It takes a while to write up a review like t his and again, it's something that I don't normally do. However, this company deserves the accolades and they have forever earned my trust.In the corporate world we use Net Promoter Score (would you recommend this product/vendor to a friend or family?) to gauge how truly valued the product or service has been. I'd award a 10/10 on that scale and if I could give more than five stars on Google I would. Even with a glowing review I would normally try to insert a "con" or two but I honestly can't think of any.Thanks again to Meredith and his team for making our building / remodeling experiences such enjoyable ones!
