John was a pleasure to work with on our BIG landscaping job. This included pouring concrete, redoing the entire front lawn, and a few other larger projects as well. Everything went very smoothly and it was always very easy to get a hold of John if I had any questions. All of the workers that came to the house were very friendly and after the project was completed, they picked up all the extra stuff so as not to leave trash in our newly remodeled lawn. I highly recommend using John! I know we will be using him again in the near future!

John and his crew just finished a second project for me and I couldnt be happier. I wanted a low maintenance yard that looks great and John delivered. This review is long overdue, but I am so happy to recommend John and his company! We replaced our old wooden deck with a large new stamped concrete patio with built-in gas fire pit and seating bench. John was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions patiently, providing excellent guidance and feedback every step of the way. He was very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. His team adjusted the size and shape based on what we wanted, worked quickly, and accommodated some changes we hadn't anticipated (moving a drainpipe underground, etc). The finished product looks great and we have gotten nothing but compliments on the new patio, which was finished in perfect timing for us to enjoy it all summer despite some typical Colorado weather delays! John was really great to work with for our big landscaping project (pretty much gutting and remodeling the entire front and back yards).  He understood our vision for the yard and was able to produce exactly what we were wanting.  Aside from a few rain delays, the project was also completed very quickly. All the workers that came to the house to work were professional and very friendly as well.Our project was very big - and some of the things we needed to get done did fall within John's business.  However, he was able to get us in touch with another contractor who does specialize in those things, and those workers and the job they completed was amazing also!We still have 1 or 2 more projects we will need John's help with again sometime in the future - but for now, I would highly recommend using John and Absolute Property Improvement for any or your landscaping needs!
