Russ came out to give us a quote. He was so great. He told us we would have a quote in a week or two. Almost 4 weeks later and 4 unreturned phone calls, we have heard nothing from them. They have very poor customer service and poor follow through. It makes us feel like our job is too small for their great company.

I had the grass removed from a very large front yard. Trevor worked with me to design the area; he listened to what I had in mind and I left the plantings to his expertise. I've had several neighbors ask for the company's contact information for their future use. I was pleased with their work ethics and very pleased with the outcome.
