Kitchen Creations was exactly what we needed to get our huge project off the ground. Kim payed attention to details like work flow, traffic patterns, general functionality of my space. What Kitchen Creations gave me was not only a beautiful space, but a functional house. Our remodel helped us get rid of unused spaces and helped make our day to day life run more smoothly. The best part was that after i got to know Kitchen Creations - i knew i could trust them 100%. Kim and the team at Kitchen Creations were great. I met with Kim multiple times to discuss what I wanted in a newly designed kitchen. She was more than patient answering all my questions. She took the time to show me examples of cabinet doors and drawers, countertops and hardware as well as numerous color options. Kim even assisted me in viewing and selecting counter top material at a local warehouse. The whole process from ordering to installation was smooth. She even visited my home after the work was complete to inspect the kitchen for any needed adjustments. I couldn't be happier!! Kim and Al remodeled my kitchen last year (2021). I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. First Kim took the time to help me with all decisions (my house is from 1915 and designing the kitchen was a blast but challenge with the space constraints). Al and team were very professional and pointed out some things to me where I could save money and other places that needed work. I think what speaks most about their work is it has been a year since the project has been complete and I wouldn't change one design decision and the kitchen is so solid looks the same as when Al's team left a year ago.

I worked with Kitchen Creations in 2018. I loved working with Kim. She took the time to get to know me, my style, and my home. Her design ideas made the most of my existing space. She helped me select colors, countertops, backsplash styles, sinks, faucets, and made lighting suggestions. She ordered for me and personally oversaw the countertop installation, and delivered the sinks, etc to my home. Kim checked in regularly during installation and helped in any way possible. Good experience with kitchen upgrade a few years back but most recently also impressed with level of continuous customer support on two items. 1. Had a concern about potential discoloration that developed on the sink a few years later and Kim was very helpful with diagnosing the issue and provided me with a product at no cost to solve the problem. 2. Had to remove a few tiles from the kitchen remodel to install a new microwave and could not find anyone that offered walk-in service to cut the tiles - including Home Depot and Lowes. Called Kim to ask for alternatives and she referred me to their tile guy who was working on a local job and simply had me take the tiles to the job site and was done on the spot at no cost. Saved me the hassle of renting a tile cutter to cut six tiles or pay a $200 service call quoted by a different company. Services: Kitchen design, Kitchen countertop installation
