After paying my policy in full, I experienced issues with the State Farm app while setting up the Drive Safe and Save beacon. I was told that I needed to contact their development team to resolve the issues that their app was having.
Once I was able to fully setup the beacon and track my trips, I was unenrolled from the program without any communication.
I was then told that I never completed the setup and now owed money for the discount given.
Now for over a month and numerous email inquiries I have heard nothing from them about the matter and have received bills for the policy that I paid in full.
Very rude with poor communication.
