Extremely professional from the phone call to the house call. They came out the next day and also called to ask if they could come earlier than our scheduled time. Tony showed up and was courteous and professional. He fixed the issue and explained everything to me. All pricing is up front. I would highly recommend, as well as use this company again. Tony was expeditious, focused and dedicated. He got this inexperienced new homeowner's furnace back up and operating in no time, but then took the time to make sure it was fixed and show me what he did. I surely appreciated it. McCarthy Heating & Cooling you are the real deal!!
