I called Brothers because my hot water heater wasnt working. I was quoted at around $2k for repairs and told I would need to replace a part. The technician didnt even look to see if the part was actually broken or if it just needed a cleaning. Afterwards, I did my own research and discovered that the fan just needed to be clean and I had it up and running within 5 minutes. I wouldnt have minded paying the technician to clean it but they seemed intent on replacing it and charging me a lot for it. I also called other plumbing companies to get a quote for a flushing and realized that Brothers was intent on charging me 3x-4x the amount compared to the other quotes I received from over 5 different companies. It is hard to recommend Brothers plumbing for others and I dont see myself ever using them again for my plumbing needs.
