        We had Gale Force install a humidifier for my mother-in-law in her new condo and asked them to replace the existing one in our home. Terry was timely, honest, and provided a clear quote. They came back right on time as scheduled to both houses and did great work. We could not be happier with the price, the work, and the results--excellent humidity levels in both homes!

        Gale Force did an outstanding job in replacing my AC and Furnace. I always measure a company by their customer service after the sale and Gale Force exceeded my expectations. We encountered an issue with the A/C unit, which was a manufacturing defect; and Gale, Terry and James tackled the problem, and were able to replace the bad unit within 48 hours. Gale kept us informed throughout the process and was so understanding, as this occurred during a weeklong heat spell. James and Terry are tops!! They educated me on ways to keep the house cooler and indulged my many HVAC questions as I am always seeking to learn new things.
