Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver International Airport

For the most part I love this hotel its quiet and much safer than others in the area. Its clean and most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. Its unfortunate that the same cannot be said for the housekeeping manager. I stay at this hotel every other month and have stayed here 4 times already. My last two stays I have had the housekeeping manager just burst into the room while I am asleep. She is a hispanic woman with shoulder length hair walking around with a clipboard. This happened with the do not disturb sign hanging on the door. Every time I stay I request a late checkout which I was told by front desk that it was approved and that they would pass on to morning staff so I would not be disturbed. This last stay I even asked twice to be sure because this woman had banged on my door continuously my previous stay. When I informed her that I had been allowed a late checkout she told me I was not allowed to stay and she did not know why I was told this and that she needed me to vacate the room because she needed it. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Aside from scaring me awake by just bursting through the door when I had both locks and do not disturb sign on the door. Its a shame because this is my preferred hotel in the area but because of her I am unsure about booking at this location in the future.

The staff is wonderful here! They are very kind and helpful. They assisted my elderly father when he stayed there. The rooms were clean and the hotel is pretty new. My dad described the room as comfortable and quiet. The most important thing for us is the amazing customers service they provided my elderly father. A gentleman by the name of X and two younger females who checked him in last night were very kind and very helpful. Thank you guys for your kindness and great customer service.
