My garage worked out great. It was done in 2015. I've allowed time to pass before I reviewed. You must be very careful to review your expectations with the builder before work begins. Understand city permitting and where any utilities are, especially any sewer line. I had to sign a waiver because the corner of the new building crosses my sewer line. The sewer line had been replaced recently, otherwise the permit would not have been granted to build over a 50 year old clay pipe line. You must be involved and have some oversite. The crews that came out were great. Foundation, framing, roof ect. I'm happy.

Window leaks, door leaks. Paint on door has fallen off. Plus they crushed my sewer line under the slab.
