Dayhan was very helpful. We stayed with her for hours on end trying to upgrade our phones and right a few mistakes and she saw it through from start to end. Her manager was also extraordinarily nice and helpful. Be sure to ask for promotions as they will definitely helpout! Everyone in the store were amazing highly recommended.

While helpful in upgrading my daughters phone, Stefan snuck in the white glove service and screen protector and charged us for it without suggestively selling it to us. The placard was right in front of him the whole time and he didnt even ask us, he just did it.
When I confronted him about it, he said that I agreed to the text message he sent me. However, nothing was mentioned in the text message about this service. I signed the agreement for upgrading the device and, if that was embedded in that agreement, he did not tell me I would be charged additionally around $50 for him to provide this service.
This should have been clear, as it was an add-on service.

Rude! If you have a Verizon question about anything besides buying the phones they dont want you in that store.
And they will let you know about that! Their disrespectful body language and their short rude answers will make you feel unwelcome in no time.
Back in the days they at least pretended to help you.
By the way, customer service online is also terrible and if you do have an issue with your phone you might as well just get a new number with the new company.
Really disappointed!
