Minus one star for an inept installation and minus three stars for a complete lack of customer service.
I had a receiver, four speakers, a dashcam, and a subwoofer installed at Traffik Jamz Car Audio. I wanted a quality installation, and I knowingly paid 40 percent more than the installation wouldve cost me at a car audio retail chain. I was told that the installation would take one day, but I received a phone call informing me that my vehicle would be ready a day later than expected because they were understaffed. I wanted the job done right and empathized with the business being short-handed, so I arranged transportation to work.
A few days after receiving my car, I found the speakers had been incorrectly installed. I called Traffik Jamz Car Audio, explained the issue to an employee at the front desk, and was told that the information would be relayed to the business owner, Samson. That call was never returned. A week later, I left a voicemail explaining the issue and requesting that the botched installation be corrected. I left that voicemail well over two weeks ago and am still waiting for a response.
Making an installation mistake is understandable, but not correcting it shows a complete lack of pride in your business and respect for your customers, Samson. If I had gone to a car audio retail chain, the store wouldve corrected their mistake instead of ghosting me.
The business owner should be able to determine which customer I am unless they have a number of customers with a similar issue that hasnt been fixed. Any response to this review that doesnt include an offer to correct the mistake will only further the point that this business has no regard for its customers, and would-be customers would do well to take notice.
