Budget Car Rental

Horrible. Car was damaged & should never have been given to a client. It required tools to open the gas cap. The key fob had a low battery that prevented the car from opening on 2 different cold mornings. Do not rent from Budget.

Worst car rental experience of my life. Disinterested and uninformed desk staff. The car was 20% smaller than the model it was compared to, and therefore we had to ride with luggage on our lap. The front tires are bald. The car smells like cigarette smoke. The entire front end shake violently when you braked going downhill. The sprayers for the right half of the windshield did not work (which is a real problem when you were driving in winter and on slushy roads.) I spent three hours on the phone trying to get someone to come bring us a new car as I thought this one was unsafe to drive. And essentially every time they transferred me to someone who could allegedly help I would be mysteriously disconnected. I will never rent from Budget again.

Awful. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes (yes we timed it). Total waste of our evening because of their completely antiquated system.

We have had one of the worst experiences ever at this place. They were completely unprepared on a busy holiday weekend, with only 3-4 desks open. The line took over 2 hours just to get to speak with someone, only to find out that they do not have the cars promised. The place is filthy. The bathrooms are a disaster. Their vending machines are not operable. We had our kids with us and they were hungry, tired, thirsty. Complete nightmare.
