initially great and responsive to reglaze our bathtub. unfortunately our tub chipped, cracked, and peeled several times in a period of less than 6 months. on the last time i reached out about my dissatisfaction i was ghosted. while i appreciate they came out and fixed the tub each time---per their "lifetime guarantee" i really don't want to have to get my tub fixed every two months for a "lifetime" with that guarantee. I just want it to be a quality job for the money I paid. I recommend finding a high quality job in the first place.

Ive done this a few times with my tub and this was lowest quality Ive seen. Didnt honor lifetime warranty after 2 years.

Steer clear, they price gouge. They wanted 300 to seal this. I've had a tub reglazed in another house for that cost.

We scheduled to get our bathtub refinished and made an appointment far in advance. The person who came to complete the job said it would be super easy since our bathtub was not in that bad of condition. It just had a few scratches and stains we wanted to take care of. He explained he would be in and out in 2 hours. I found that a bit alarming since from the website there is a 10 step process and I was not sure that it could all be completed to the full extent in that time frame. Upon completion, at first glance the job looked ok besides some messy caulk work. After waiting 48 hours and letting the fumes die down we were able to closely inspect the work. There were bubbles, cracks and hair that had not been cleaned glazed onto the edges of the bathtub and in the middle of the bath basin. Not to mention the old caulk had not been removed properly and new caulk was applied directly on top. We contacted Specialized Refinishing Co. and they told us they would send someone out to fix the discrepancies. We asked for a manager and were told that there is only one person that works in our area and it would the same person returning to do the work. We agreed and made another appointment a few weeks in advance. Today is the day we had our service window from 2-4pm. We have called and texted multiple times and no answer from anyone. No one has shown up to fix the work. This company must be a SCAM and I want a refund. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially with the amount of money we already paid to get this done. I will make sure no one in my area makes the same mistake to use them.
