Bad experience, and worse install!! Shower replacement starts with installer damaging existing bathroom tile. They reused the existing 50-year-old shower faucet valve, when a new install was purchased. Worst of all the installers dropped debris in the line and clogged the new shower. Had to get a third party to clear their clog (a $1,500 additional charge). Don't let the 1-day turnaround fool you, at current we are going on over a month of issues with no fixes from the company. The doors require the person showering to hold them shut. Please look anywhere else! Colorado Living is extremely overpriced for horrible quality of work and service!

Have a new shower in 3 days?? Next month will be the 1 year mark!!!! It took over 7 months for our install, and it is still not complete. The sales rep took the wrong measurments, forcing us to have to use a different base, which led us to have to return the flooring we picked out, and never told us that we had to relocate the shower fixtures to the other side of the shower. The sales rep Tim Prince made all kinds of promises that were not kept, his boss Chloe has been no help, and we have no idea what to do at this point. Just a bad experience all around with the exception of the guy that did the install. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! UPDATE!! Today is Tuesday February 21, 2023. Job is still not complete. Court proceedings to follow, and have gotten in touch with Denver News 7 for a interview. Service: Bathroom remodeling

Not worth the money. My husband and I were connected to jacuzzi/Colorado Costco. A salesman named Tim came to our house and gave us quotes on a new shower all VERY high. But we desperately needed our shower fixed and wanted something that would last a long time. Enticed by the 10% off if you pay today, we decided it would be worth it. Tim was very nice but promised us many things that in the end werent possible - for example, we wanted to save money so we asked if we could tile above the tub ourselves to make it look more cohesive, he said yes we are owners and can do what we want. But when I reached out to the city of Lakewood they said No, because you live in a multi family dwelling. This of course was after we paid and signed a contract. So now our bathroom is half stuck in the 80s until we pay a contractor to pull a permit and re-tile. We also had various questions along the way with how things would work and look, and Tims response was always to assure that were working with people who do this all the time and they will work with us on finding what works while looking nice once theyre out here. Tim also said that he would be at the install if we requested I reached out to confirm changes we had agreed on that were supposed to be added to the amended contract but I never heard back before the install. So not only was Tim not there, but the right supplies werent brought. Anyway, I think my biggest issue with Colorado Living was the final product. It looks sloppy. Edges are not straight, caulking is messy, installation of hardware was also sloppy. It was just so surprising to me that wed spend over $15,000 for a job with a reputable and professional company and we get a subpar installation job. My husband and I could have done a better caulk job, no doubt. We decided to have them come fix the hardware issues, we just had a baby and want to not think about this anymore so asking them to redo all the caulking just seemed overwhelming at this point. When Brian came out his solution was just to caulk over the mistakes to hide them When I called back to complain about my discontent with the project, he said he was working on oversight and there will be changes in the future. We are just so tired with the baby we dont have the energy to keep calling and trying to get this to a point we are happy with. We shouldnt have to do that. If you decide to go with Colorado living, I sincerely hope your experience is different and maybe be more aggressive in your involvement If youre still unsure on whether to go with them, I suggest you look elsewhere.
