Beware! If Larsen is building next to you be prepared for property damage and a discourteous follow up from their staff. Day started at 7AM driving 15’ concrete piers in the ground, by noon they destroyed the chimney and gutter (pics included). Top it off with mounds of dirt on the flower bed in my backyard and blocking my garage when I get home. This is all in one day, no apologies, no courtesy, zero professionalism to someone who has lived here for years. The owner Larry Larsen lives on the same street (3 houses down). If this happens to his neighbor, what could happen to you?
