As soon as Avanti purchased the property, all has gone downhill. Property is dirty and unmaintained. The staff are rude and not helpful. Eager to leave this property.

The property wasnt for me but Kelsey was amazing! Id give it less stars but Kelsey really made my day. Home girl needs a raise!

Avanti is absolute trash. I have been in contact with them regarding a refund they owed me since June and now its August and they just came up with a story of how I got credited when I never saw a a single discount on any of my rent or bill payments they just straight took my money and never returned it.
