The Metropolitan Apartments at Cheesman

Patrick and Lavon do an amazing job to make sure that all residents feel heard and cared for. They go above and beyond any apartment complex I have lived in Denver and cannot express how amazing it is to have trusted people working in your building. This building was built in 1964 and has some original features which adds to the charm. Overall a very community like environment.

What an amazing 9 months it has been! I cannot begin to express how amazing my experience is living at the Metropolitan. Patrick, the leasing consultant, has always been nothing but a pleasure to work with, and any time I have a question he is always there to help me out! Ive especially loved working with Patrick AND our maintenance legend, Lavon. As a younger woman, it can be slightly intimidating to hear your maintenance man will be coming up to fix an issue, but with Lavon I have ALWAYS felt comfortable! I mean, it just doesnt get much better than that. I would recommend this homey apartment complex to anyone. :)

2nd year living here, been solid. Good mix of residents of all ages and backgrounds, decent amenities on the top floor with common space and a gym and pool table. Management is easy to get in touch with and on-site maintenance is quick and helpful. Some of the best views in town too

I have lives here for 3 years now and wouldnt live anywhere else. Ryan, Patrick and Lavon take care of any issues that are needed very fast and truly care about the tenants in the building. Im so glad I found this place.

Please quickly remove the graffiti from your property, especially in the alley and on the boxes and poles out-front. It is disrespectful to our community, and encourages the talentless hacks, to destroy your neighbors properties. It takes 2 minutes to quickly cover up this garage. Thank you.
