6month update:
While I dont have a problem living here, I just wanted to point out some of the ongoing problems. Parking- disaster. I have a tag to park in the lot but its ALWAYS full at night for those of us that work late shifts. Have to park on the street a lot and sometimes around the block. As a young female flight attendant, hauling her luggage around the streets of denver at night is not exactly the safest. The gates to the parking lot are frequently broken, they either wont open or wont close. The doors to the building are the same. Sometimes they wont close and weve caught homeless people in the stairwells snoozing. Elevators frequently break. The hot tub is closed/broken most likely for the season. Parcels from even parcel pending somehow get snatched up. I truly hope they dont raise rent because it certainly wont be worth it.
1.5 year update: The management company relocated Nina the manager a few months back, whom we developed a nice friendship with. However, Arianna and Brandon in the office are FABULOUS and one of the reasons I stay. Theyre doing their absolute best to make this place more of a community and not a complex. The new maintenance staff is ON IT too. Very responsive and courteous.
Our garage keeps mysteriously getting broken into with over $3000 of gear stolen and they basically said their cameras on the outside dont work so were SOL. Thank goodness for Renters insurance! We bought our own cameras and have been recording the breaking and enterings. Bringing them to DPD too. Hopefully this issue can be resolved soon. The gates are broken occasionally so it allows the randos, plus just people keeping the doors propped open.
They did hire a new security company, so that makes me feel better. Hopefully we can have those issues minimized. The theft is still rampant in the mail room somehow. We had some Christmas presents stolen :(. The pool was closed all summer until later September and the property management still raised rent $400/month when all these brand new apt complexes are right next door now around the same price. Overall, its my home. I dont want to move as Im building a community here and taking safety into my own hands. However, if rent gets raised too much again Ill have no options.

However, as they hired new cleaning, maintenance and eventually office/management staff, it totally changed my overall experience.
Communication, I emailed & stopped in and got responses.
Yes, my apt had to be sprayed during my first year (2021) but once they treated it (response was within 24 hours of reporting) it was taken care of. You wanna know why roaches exist, because of nasty humans and tenants who don't clean.
Yes, the pool was out of commission but the management team did their best to communicate and create other fun events.
Rent is cheaper at Block32 than most buildings in RiNo. My 1-bedroom was BIG. There's a nice courtyard. The building is super pet friendly. And for the most part, I had fun!
It is centrally located to EVERYTHING! An easy scooter ride to Lodo, Rockies field, all of the breweries, restaurants & bars in RiNo and surrounding neighborhoods. Next door to the BEST sushi in Denver (shout out Temaki Den). Easy access to I-70 & I-25. Can't beat the location and access. Also, if you want to get to Larimer and all the action, you can walk over the bridge and it's .5 miles, not 2 miles.
Shout out to Arianna for making my end-of-lease experience great and taking such good care of me!
