I have lived here for over 2 years at this point. Management has switched 3 times in those two years. The pool was never open (or clean), until this summer. The fireplace is not able to be utilized. The apartments are not updated as listed on the website. Paint is always peeling, doors are often broken. The trash dumpsters are always overflowing. Not to mention, since we got bought out by Four Star Realty, it is impossible to get the office/management on the phone. I have called everyday for a week, left a voicemail, and have not heard back. Not an email back or anything. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend. Aug 4th, 2023

I used to love living here when the old manager Christina ran the property. She always made sure to contact and get back to me in a timely manner and made sure the apartments were kept up and maintenance was on top of their job at all times. However, now that the management has changed to four star realty with a new manager I feel like my concerns are not really cared for and the apartments are falling apart. Erika is nice, and lenient when it comes to rent. However, I just feel like more can be done in a timely manner when it comes to maintenance requests and other things. I was supposed to transfer to another apartment on September 30th that has carpet due to having kids and hardwood floor not being ideal and to also have a balcony since the 1st floors dont have one. Ive paid for the transfer fee over a month ago just to find out weeks later that the balcony was loose and our transfer date would need to be pushed out. This apartment was supposed to be ready September 30th so I dont understand how this wasnt already being worked on ahead of time if the balcony was loose & they claimed to have been remodeling the apartment already. Ive been being patient and nice about things but now Im getting fed up. Not to mention maintenance came and installed new coolers when my precious one worked perfectly fine .. they did a half job and didnt fix the electrical, just literally put the cooler in the wall and never came back, so now when I turn the cooler on it knocks out all my power & when I contacted Erika about it, her response was that I had to give maintenance 24-48 hours since they were installing other peoples coolers which is an inconvenience to me since they didnt finish setting mine up correctly the same day. It has now been 6 days and Ive emailed about this but still no maintenance or a reply. I planned on staying here for a while before management changed, but at this point Im not sure about signing another lease with the way things are going. Oct 13th, 2023

(Updated 8/25/2023) Do NOT move here. Been here for a year and renewed my lease for another. I regret doing that because management changed recently (~ June 2023). They changed to Four Star Realty - Denver and they are awful (as you can tell by the name). Laundry machines are always broken, our property manager Erika takes days to respond, garbage bins are always overflowing. The property is also falling apart. None of the doors close, paints chipping everywhere and the balconies look like they are about to fall over any second. Overall, it's just really sad.
If you are the owner reading this for whatever reason - please for the love of god change management companies. Our property manager prior (before June 2023) was amazing. Would love to have her back. People's opinions and reviews matter. Aug 14th, 2023

Ive lived here 2-3 years, management has switched 3 times. This company prefers to bandaid anything thats a problem instead of actually solve it. This is the first year I even thought about swimming in the pool due to uncleanliness, but once I got closer I realized it was gross still. Its embarrassing to have people over if they walk by the pool area. Also fireplaces have never been able to be used. Its impossible to get ahold of the office the same day. I havent been able to use my dishwasher for the past week due to plumbing. Also the laundry room machines down as well and have been. Dumpsters always overflowing.On top of all this the price of rent has only gone up. I pay about 35% extra compared to initial cost but things have not gotten even slightly better here. If anything things have just gotten worse. Definitely better quality apartments for better price around. Jul 25th, 2023
