We're so sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your apartment managed by Cornerstone Apartments! While we can't do much about the noise coming through your walls, we do recommend adding furniture, rugs, and other home décor to dampen sound.

We understand that the washing machine being down was an inconvenience and frustrating, however, we did our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and had it back up and running within 3 weeks. We apologize this took longer than we would have liked, but we had to wait for a part to come in to fix it. This is the only issue we've had with the washer and dryer. If you experienced another issue while a resident, we are unaware of it and have no record of a work order being placed to resolve it.

We'd also like to point out that we only have one washer and dryer for the building because there are only 13 units in the building.

Finally, we reviewed our records and saw that you placed a work order for your heat on 1/24 stating it wouldn't turn off, and we completed that work order within 24 hours. We have no record of any additional calls or work orders from you regarding this issue after we marked it complete.

We work hard to make the buildings we manage ones our residents are happy to call home. If there's anything we can do to turn your experience around, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your experience is important to us!
