I recently moved into Griffis LoDo and my experience with the staff has been wholeheartedly positive. The leasing agent, Brianna Garcia is so friendly and professional and made the move-in process very easy. The maintenance staff has addressed all my issues promptly. I absolutely love living here

Our experience at Griffis Lodo has been great. The building, while being in a perfect LoDo location, is clean and quiet. With the renovation completed the pool, gym and club rooms are fantastic, and the people who work here are great. Just had Nelson and Ruben come to fix a couple small things and they went over and above, even cleaning the ceiling fan while changing the light bulbs in it.

Nelson from maintenance helped improve the water pressure in our shower. John replaced our leaking garbage disposal. Marcela and team have been very friendly and always helpful with our needs. Thank you Griffis Lodo team! We appreciate you.

I moved in July 2022 and have never had anything but good things to say about the building and the staff here at Griffis Lodo. Between events, and extra amenities that they give to us as residents, like a full blown gift wrapping station for the holidays, Im always looking forward to whats to come! Additionally, the maintenance team, specifically John, is alway so quick (and kind) when it comes to repairs!
