Sheridan Villa Apartments

I've lived here for just over a year now. My apartment is nice, I haven't had any issues with neighbors or management. Only real complaint is that there's only one functional drying machine out of six, and they don't seem interested in doing anything about it despite multiple requests to have it fixed. Other than that this is a pretty great place to live in Denver. Yeah the bar is pretty low, but at least we're getting over it here lol.

Tried to call and get information with the lady the lady answers the phone as if she's at the house then when I try to get information for her she was extremely dry and rude.

There is absolutely no reliable emergency maintenance (I dont think they have ever picked up the phone) and in the 2 months that Ive lived here the plumbing has been constantly having issues. Like a leaking kitchen sink that also caused floor and carpet damage. Even when it was fixed the disposal still smells horrible and does not work. Now my bathroom sink is leaking sewage and needs to be fixed and disposed of properly or else my apartment is inhabitable. Minor things I ask to be replaced like the oven nob or bathroom fan moving in are never done at least not since October.
