These seem like nice apartments at an OK price for Denver upon viewing, but there's a lot going on that's not obvious until you're locked into a lease. All the amenities were shut down for covid. Makes sense, don't want to spread disease. But the rent remained the same price! I lived there almost 2 years and spent much of it paying for amenities that I didn't get to use. I would not have moved in had I known management would do this. When they re-opened the gym it had reduced hours, most of which were the hours people are at work. Because covid only comes out at night? They claimed to have a special after-hours covid cleaning crew, but I saw the cleaners in the gym. When the gym was open. The hot water would shut off sometimes. However, there was someone at the concierge that helped us out and let us shower in another unit. The people that work at The Seasons do help with problems when they arise. Sometimes I was unable to do laundry, because half or more of the washers and dryers were out of service. The recycling is either overflowing or shut down. Doors are often broken. Upon moving out, The Seasons charged us over $330 in addition to keeping our security deposit over a carpet stain. After 2 years, carpets in an apartment get changed out anyway. If you want to move in, you better hope the pandemic doesn't get worse, another pandemic doesn't start, accept having broken facilities, and don't expect your deposit back.

I have lived here for than a year and I must say this is the cheapest apartment in Cherry Creek and it definitely shows. With the constant construction that is going on, coffee machine is often broken, ongoing thefts with bicycles and packages, fire alarms hat would set off during the day almost on a monthly basis in the whole building, poor customer service and management who ignores the bad that is happening. The only thing good about this apartment are the housekeepers who maintain the place.

Trash has led to there being a rodent infestation. This is what happens when the maintenance team does not care about trash. The chute has not been blocked by an object. This is because the dumpster is full. I contacted the concierge and was told nothing could be done. We just have to live somewhere that is filled with trash.
