1375 High

I'm not sure where to begin, I just LOVED living here! 1375 High's incredible location, modern and artistic amenity spaces, a gorgeous rooftop, and proximity to fabulous restaurants makes it by far one of my favorite places I have ever lived. On top of it all, RedPeak was an absolute dream to work with. I have never experienced a management company so on top of it and devoted to giving residents an incredible experience with every interaction. From maintenance staff to management I will forever be grateful for RedPeak!

I've worked with Emma Bernard (Property Manager) and Danny Montesino (Maintenance Supervisor) for a while on this property and several other properties with RedPeak, and I've got to say I'm always impressed with their responsiveness, communication, care and attention with their residents. They truly care about the wellbeing of their residents, which is becoming more of a rarity nowadays. Great job to this RedPeak staff!

I've lived here for a couple years and I've seen things improve a lot over that time. They switched to a new management office last year and you can tell that they're putting in the effort to make this an awesome place to live. I especially appreciate the responsiveness by management to questions during my move, and maintenance is always fast. I expect to upgrade to 5 stars as things continue to improve.

Enjoyed staying with a friend for a few nights. Loved her apt. Updated and maintained. We walked everywhere. No car needed.
