Not the best, not the worst.. but I do not recommend this complex for a multitude of reasons.. Unfortunately, I would hunt around for a better option before living here.. Pros: -They have an extremely great and timely head of maintenance. -Front desk staff is kind and supportive. We had a medical emergency in which they went to bat for us regarding leaving our lease early. (although, leaving our lease early could have been prevented had they enforced "no smoking"- see cons below). -Dog friendly. -Fairly inexpensive in comparison to others (yes run down, but you get what you pay for). Cons: -The staff who coordinate with the leasing agency are flaky. They did appear "on top" of things prior to move-in however, this does change. It took multiple weeks to respond to us, multiple times. When it came to moving out, we didn't get our deposit back for over two months. -The deposit will be greatly less than what you pay as DESPITE how clean you keep your space, they will charge you for a cleaning and painting fee. You will be lucky to obtain a portion of your deposit back. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind. -This is NOT a smoke-free facility. Yes, they list it as so however, we filed MULTIPLE complaints regarding smoking which were never taken seriously. Ever. Due to an asthma concern, we were able to break our lease however, the smoking individuals were never reprimanded, let alone, asked to leave the facility (evicted) despite being told they would be. Legal action would have been taken if we weren't able to leave. -Guest parking is paid for. Never in my life have I witnessed a complex charge for guest parking outside of a downtown area. Seems silly. -Dirty. Although is a dog-friendly community, there is absolutely no follow-through with making anyone clean up after their dogs. Lots of poop everywhere.

Having a very hard time believing any of these positive reviews are authentic. They will nickle and dime you on everything especially utilities like gas and electric. The BIG problem is they require you to go through a 3rd party like "xcel" to actually power your unit but they want additional gas and electric from you, most likely to power their leasing office that they are never in and the phones they never answer. Halfway through our lease it went from open parking to assigned parking where they "enforce" a strict towing policy that is $250 dollars, except they expect residents to be responsible for towing unauthorized vehicles parked in the lot. There is NEVER guest parking because they charge residents for specific spots so residents with multiple cars that don't want to pay extra, take up all the guest spots. Creekside expects it to be on us to have our neighbor towed. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they don't care. If you do decide to live here despite this very thought out review, I highly suggested bringing a lawyer to review everything because they will gladly bend you over and laugh about it.
