    Don't waste your time or your money. The fees keep coming and coming. They will make you pay rent and $150 or utilities for a one bedroom. On top of that you have to use their "deposit" program which is called Jetty for another monthly FEE not deposit. Then they will make you get liability insurance, but don't worry they will just charge you another monthly fee for that. On top of that there is a monthly admin fee and other fees. The total comes out to 300-400 more than the rent. In addition they will require you to sign over your image rights to them. As in they can use your image or likeness in print or video however they like. Never sign this over to anyone. You should have the right to refuse this but they will not let you sign the lease if you don't sign the waver giving up your rights. They put this at the end of the process and just hope you sign without having any questions about it since the rest of the process was such a pain. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

    The guy I toured with was amazing! Super sweet. I was interested and put my application in immediately. It took almost two weeks to get any response on my application after they said it would be 24 hours. I left MULTIPLE emails, and so did my roomate. They didnt answer once and I called so many times every day and got no answer. The other night almost at 8pm valorie called and was such a brat. She was super ignorant and didnt care as she wasnt responding to anything and proceeded to give me attitude and wanted to be dumb.. she asked if we still wanted it as if I didnt need to know a long time ago because I just cut my lease. Anyways shes ignorant wouldnt waist ur $40 on the application.

    The worst experience I've ever had with renting. Everything was great when Gus was managing the complex but after he left everything went super downhill. I decided to leave after my lease was over due to the counter literally wiping off when I cleaned it & the bathtub shooting out the spout at me leaving me with bruises. When moving out they claimed the damages were almost $900. This was super annoying because mostly everything they put on the list was due to maintenance not coming to fix it when I asked. & they charged me $200 for two trash bags that were left. Anyways I ended up paying because I'm super serious about my credit and have never had a derogatory mark and wasn't going to start here. A few months after paying them almost $900 they reported to the credit bureau that I didn't pay. I then called them because I had evidence they cashed their check & got paid in full. The lady began arguing with me about how she couldn't do anything. With my persistence she ended up sending them a simple email and it was off of my credit in two days. Very unhelpful and horrible management.
