Wheelhouse has the best communication of any apartment companies I know. Brandon quickly responded to my maintenance request about heat, immediately replaced the thermostat, and even noticed a way to improve the door knob at my front door. There is a sense of community and care in all of my Wheelhouse interactions!

This review is specifically for the Arvada Flats complex on Oberon Rd. In Arvada but I'm sure all their properties are run the same.-25 out of 5 Stars.Absolute dumpster fire of an apartment complex and landlord/property manager.I've lived here for two years.There is perpetually trash left piled up over flowing from the dumpsters blocking handicap parking and just littered all over the property.People don't clean up after their dogs, there are dog waste stations that the children who live here have ripped from the ground and broken. There is dog waste literally everywhere.The "picnic area" is broken and always filled with random trash.There are broken windows throughout the property. Broken fencingThe mail room light hasn't worked since before I moved here. The mail usually comes later in the day and it's dark so the mail carrier can't which box is which and everyone gets the wrong mail all the time, and just leaves it out for everyone to go through. There is supposed to be a security lock on the mail room door and it has also been broken the entire time I've lived here.The water heater for our building broke about several months back. It flooded our apt and warped the flooring in half the apt. When I asked them to fix it they said "it would be a lot of work to fix. How important are the floors for you?"Do NOT live here.....
