        The Riv combines a chic aesthetic with an exceptionally inviting atmosphere. The gym and other common areas are highlights for me, in addition to the beautiful views and fun/convenient location in Rino (also a short walk to the bus/train station).I felt at home right away during my tour with Chris. They have been so friendly, quick to respond, and patient with my many questions. Working with them has been stress-free and I would give them ten stars if I could!

        Chris recently gave me a tour of the property, she was such a pleasure and made me feel at home in a brand new city :) their property has partnerships with the local businesses in the area which is a plus!

        Stephanie helped me find an apartment that fit my needs best. She was very professional and took the time to care about my questions and needs. She and her team seem to be doing a great job with this brand new property and I'm excited to move in soon!

        Stephanie did an amazing job in showing me and my partner around. We weren't sure we wanted to be in Rhino however, after seeing the new apartments and seeing the phone app access we really changed our minds. You guys are definitely on my top 3!

        The Riv seems to be a great addition to the RiNo neighborhood! Amazing amenities(open 24 hours!!), upscale security features, and the one bedrooms are spacious and well laid-out.Thank you to Stephanie for showing me around and answering all of my questions about the building and the neighborhood.
