I lived here for a year and it was my first experience living downtown. The price was affordable compared to other studios/one bedrooms. I was living solo so the space was plenty for myself. It's close to many breweries and options for entertainment which was nice. You can Uber anywhere downtown for like $5 at most lol The neighborhood all in all isn't bad and seems to be improving over time. It can get loud if you're on the ground level (which I was) on weekends due to the foot traffic outside your window - no AC, in warmer months keeping your windows open doesn't help with this. Although no AC, it was fairly easy to keep the apartment cooled. Bills were cheap, repairs were always done in a timely manner. No one bothered me, neighbors were nice and polite, community laundry room was kept clean and neat. Upon moving out I was not charged with any unexpected fees for damages etc which was a pleasant surprise as I feel apartments almost always try to tack things on. Ultimately, if you're single, enjoy craft brews and people, wanting to live downtown but living on a budget then this place should work great for you.

This review is for the Summit Apartment Group company, who runs this apartment, not for the apartment itself. This company runs multiple apartments throughout this area and is incredibly unprofessional. They will take forever to get back to your work requests, if they fix them at all. Their prices are way above normal, and the lease is completely in their favor, and a pain for the renter. Make sure to read your lease thoroughly!
