Bell and Palmer

I was virtually apartment shopping from overseas, which was daunting at first, but Aliena turned it all around and made the process truly enjoyable. She was quick to answer all my questions, and went as far as to send me not only the interactive floor plans, but actual videos of the apartment. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate me, and I look forward to calling Bell & Palmer home!

I cannot express enough how amazing the management here is! Aliena was extremely welcoming and knowledgable, truly couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. Having just moved into this new building, I 10/10 would recommend this property. Also, the Istanbul Cafe on the first floor is awesome, the food and drinks are great and all of the employees are so kind. Thank you for making this an easy and pleasurable move!

I moved in a few months ago, and ohhhh my goodness. It is 11/10. Not only that, but I was moving from out of state. Aliena answered my call right away and within two hours we were on a facetime. She was so sweet, she toured with me multiple times for multiple units because I couldn't make up my melon! I loved them all. Renee also was so helpful in getting me to move in early. I love these ladies. Also, the place is peaceful- the location is fire- and there's a coffee shop IN the building. Get here!
