It's been almost a year, and these issues haven't been fixed. Apparently, the work orders "got lost." These apartments are overpriced for the size to begin with, and they offer less than nothing for the price. It's a decent enough area--too bad all the apartments in the area are run by the same braindead landlord who wants to squeeze every penny out of the great community here for...less than nothing in return. Honestly? Should probably be in prison.

Absolutely horrible. Not only is it way too expensive for the accommodations, but the housing units are pretty trashed with little to no maintenance response. We have lived here almost a year and had water damaged cabinets when we moved in, unfit for dishes or food. Put in requests online and over the phone, nothing was done. Had maintenance come in looking at clogged pipes instead, which we did not report, and when told this they replaced our drain anyway with a faulty one that must be held open, and which hasn't been replaced. Terrible price for the location, no protection regarding thefts, ammenities have been closed down or inaccessible for nearly our entire stay. Even the leasing office workers complain about broken doors, etc., which the owners do nothing about! Nightmare landlords with no redeeming qualities, you're better off squatting in some rich idiot's summer home.

The 1BD square footage is too small and the pricing is a bit expensive. Parking spot is narrow. When parked it's really hard to open your cars door and able to get your self out.
