I love living here. I can afford to pay more but find this place is the perfect size for the price. It's a great location and I really like the property managers, Joanne and Irene. Pretty quiet. Maintenence is done quickly. Only downsides are that there's carpet and it's not real wood, and the ac/heat is moderately effective. Sometimes it's hard to get there to get packages during office hours but all in all the pros outweigh the cons by far!

Lived here just over a month still not fully unpacked. Apparently Im the only one to ever complain in this building. Trying to ask what Im doing wrong as to not disturb others apparently me unpacking my stuff to get settled is not ok. Using headphones to play Xbox but I guess the buttons on the controller are extremely disruptive. Also doing food prep is completely out of line. Along with staying hydrated since flushing the toilet is also crossing the line. The balcony sliding door makes a ton of noise and the bedroom door sticks cause of bad painting apparently those are also my fault since Im the one using them. Both of these being issues upon moving in. When telling one of the ladies in charge her response was are there any urgent issues. Also bringing up the fact I moved cause of my old place being loud a historic building that had a guy coming home at 3am with people on a regular basis and another having the cops called on them for regularly being excessively drunk slamming around at all hours yet apparently I was at fault there also according to her makes sense. Ive also purchased specific tv headphones and something for the front door to reduce noise just putting that on here to show Im spending money trying my best not to disturb others as much as possible. But apparently I just need to sit and not move in my unit. Gonna be a great year. Someone came out didnt fix anything. Also took 2 guys with power tools to install a new lock on the workout bathroom door with them walking in and out slamming 3 different doors over and over. Just a real eye for detail getting paid to do a job and being excessively disruptive. Neighbors in this building chain smoke cigarettes in their units absolutely disgusting!
