Nice building FOR NOW, It wont last long. The maintenance is absolutely terrible and are extremely lazy with their work. I have had to fix plumbing in our apartment several times because the workers were to incompetent to do it right. They run off excuse after excuse why they cant do something or why its not able to be fixed. The Office workers are professional, but lack the ability to really help answer questions properly. It is suppose to be a smoke free environment. Many residents don't follow it and the property does nothing to uphold the contracts the residents agreed upon. The complex owners before this new company was great. But this new one has not upheld to their own standards they claim. We will not be renewing our lease.
