Heritage Court Apartments

Very near downtown and convenient to central Denver. The pipes are extremely old and combined with poor soundproofing make for an extremely noisy environment.

I rent in this building, so the situation my be different for those who own. The biggest perk has been the cheap rent compared to other places in the area. However, I am moving due to the lack of safety and care from the HOA and property management companies. I, and other residents, have had items stolen from the laundry - like out of the washer and dryer - regularly. I have had packages opened. There is also a dog in the building that bit my boyfriend and has regularly lunged at my dog. I have reported all of these things to the HOA and property management companies, with little to no response. A lot of "we're looking into it..." and not a lot of action. I have also had my car broken into twice and witnessed two stabbings within a block of the building. Again, these have been reported to the HOA and property management with no action taken to increase safety. If you want to save a buck, this is a great place. If you want to be safe, this is not a great place.
